Fidelity National Financial Florida Agency is seeking a full-time Commercial Escrow Officer responsible for effectively managing real estate transactions in the Sunrise, Florida office.
Establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlement in accordance with established policies and procedures. Acts as a neutral liaison between parties, adheres to company policy, exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
High School diploma. College and/or Real Estate Paralegal experience a plus.
Minimum 2 years as an Escrow Officer.
Must live in the South Florida area in order to work from the Sunrise office. Work with a Senior Commercial Escrow Officer.
Communication and Organizational Skills, team player a must, Excel, Windows, Word and company software.
Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm or as needed.
